What is the Houlihan Lokey Alumni Network?


The Houlihan Lokey Alumni Network is a community where former colleagues can reconnect with each other, hear from leaders, and remain lifelong ambassadors of Houlihan Lokey.  It also serves as a platform for former team members to maintain and form business relationships, build knowledge, and explore professional opportunities.


Who is eligible to join the Houlihan Lokey Alumni Network?

All former, full-time employees of Houlihan Lokey or a predecessor organization who separated in good standing are eligible for membership.  At this time, former contractors and consultants are not eligible for membership.


How do I register and join?

Access the Houlihan Lokey Alumni Network at https://alumni.hl.com to register. 

Once we verify your information, you'll be an official member of the alumni network.  


How long does it take to be approved?

As part of the application process, we ask several questions to help us validate your employment. It can take up to 5 business days for some applications to be approved. 


When I connect my account with LinkedIn, will you ever post content on my behalf?

We will never post content without your permission; however, we encourage you to share the news via LinkedIn after joining the Houlihan Lokey Alumni Network.


How will I know if I have been approved?

You will receive a welcome email upon approval. 


I am approved - what now? 

Log on at https://alumni.hl.com and take advantage of all the network has to offer. Discover and connect with other alumni, learn about the latest company news and insights, explore career opportunities, and find events offerings.
